| Shipping:
Orders to recipients within the USA: Shipping is FREE and NO Handling charges. I prefer shipping with USPS postal service and include a Delivery confirmation. Insurance will be an option for the buyer at his/her expense. Returns:
Since the nature of my estore is mainly custom work
(items will be made after your order) I cannot accept Returns unless :
*I have sent a wrong item
*The size doesn't match the description or agreement (I emphasise a lot on communication about the sizing with my customers)
*Item arrived damaged and was obviously a construction error.
I will not refund money, but substitute the returned item with an according item or send you a voucher (to shop in my estore) for the value of your return. Returned items must arrive at least 2 weeks after their delivery to you. You must contact me via email if you plan on returning an item and briefly explain the reason. These terms are guidelines and not negotiable, but yet it will be a case-to-case decision, since we strive to make our customers happy..
Ordering/sizes: I offer custom handmade clothing. You can order according to the size you or your child wear in store bought clothing or you can inform me about the excact measurements either in the NOTE section of the item description or send me an email. Sleeves, length of sweater etc can be worked according to your specific measurements.
